spout2 capture suddenly stopped working, I was able to use it perfectly, then I didn't stream for a few days, and when I came back, with 5 minutes left to start, this option no longer worked, spout stream was activated on veadotube and obs didn't have any different configuration, everything was exactly as it was when I used it a few days ago, but this capture option simply didn't want to work anymore, I had to use game capture with the green background filter, after the stream I tried reinstalling obs, then veadotube, even the plugin itself, but nothing helped
It works on my older macbook pro, but not the new one. Both fully updated. My new one, however, is one of the M2 versions. So I'm hoping that's not what the problem is since those issues tend to get ignored.
Hmm what if there was an option to let an external program be its active audio other than a mic? If I had one friend I would want them to be able to speak through one on my computer via detecting audio from an application.
There's a lot of issues and the like in comments, and while I'm sure that those people are being honest, I just wanted to say the work you've done is great and I love how simple this is to use, you've certainly made me happy :)
Um so when trying to upload a sprite, it keeps asking for a veodotube file and i have no idea what im doing wrong- Idk how to set my file into a veodotube file without. Its not taking my pngs ;-;
you'll actually want to go to the different frames... the ones in the top of the application, click on the face there, then use your files! as a fellow streamer-to-be, I hope this helps!!!

Works great! For those using OBS, just create a new game capture, open filters, add a chroma key and mess with the similarity slider :)

nope, I reinstalled the entire OS (clean installation) and it’s still there. I’ll try running windows version in crossover for now…
